The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.6342/2024 (S- RES). By the said order, the learned Single Judge had directed Shri Tegginamatha Arts and Education Society as well as the TMAES, Industrial Training Institute, to take all steps for release of the "death benefits, gratuity and family pension" to the complainant. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22975-DB CCC No. 89 of 2025 2. An affidavit of compliance has been filed, inter alia, affirming that the said benefits have been ordered and be paid by an order dated 15.12.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the complainant acknowledges the same. He, however, submits that the leave encashment has not been paid. 4. We find there is no specific direction for payment of the leave encashment. Therefore, we do not consider it apposite to initiate any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, the complainant would be at liberty to lodge the claim for leave encashment. Needless to state that, the same would be considered. 5. The complaint is, accordingly, closed.
