It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents have extended the contract period for another six (6) months. Thus, he submits that no further orders are required to be passed. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
