JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ or order in the nature of the writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release of salary for the period from 01.01.2020 to 22.01.2020 and to treat the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21291 WP No. 8380 of 2026 period from 23.01.2020 to 18.10.2020 of the Petitioner as compulsory waiting period considering the representations submitted by the petitioner from the year 2020, and the latest representation dated 18.02.2026 at Annexures – W and X, in the interest of justice and equity. ii) Pass such other order or direction deemed just and expedient in the circumstances of the case including the posts. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations at Annexures – Y and Z both dated 18.02.2026 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21291 WP No. 8380 of 2026 address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations at Annexures – Y and Z both dated 18.02.2026 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
