Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity, ‘the Cr.P.C.,’) / Section 250 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity, ‘the BNSS’) seeking discharge from the alleged offences by the Petitioner/Accused No.2, challenging the order dated 15.04.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act-cum-Principal District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram in Crl.M.P.No.181 of 2026 in S.C./S.T. Sessions Case No.78 of 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record.
3. Mr. K. Sandeep, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits that charges have already been framed against the Petitioner. The prosecution witnesses have also been partly examined, and the Petitioner, through her counsel, has cross-examined some of those witnesses.

4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
