At this stage, the Criminal Original Petition cannot be entertained. 3.It was also submitted that this is the second application for quashing the charge sheet filed by the very same petitioner. 4.In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition cannot be entertained and is accordingly disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds during the course of the trial.
