Upon perusing the allegations, the second respondent alleges that when she was purchasing articles in a provision store, the petitioner, who was standing opposite to her, took photos of her in an obscene manner and was sending the same to another person. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation is false and no such photos were there in the cellphone of the petitioner. 4. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent that the cell phone has been seized and it is sent for forensic report. The matter is pending for the report of the forensic expert. 5.
