The same may be corrected. 2. The name of the petitioner, ‘Saddam Hossin’ be corrected and read as ‘Habiba Khatun’. The name of the learned Counsel representing the State ‘Pronay Basak’ be also incorporated in the cause title of the order. 3. Other portions of the order remain unaltered. 2 4.
