JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR Digitally signed by LAKSHMINARAYANA MURTHY RAJASHRI Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22815 WP No. 2577 of 2026 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: a) issue a writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner from that day on which the petitioner completed 10 years of service. b) Petitioner is entitled to fixation of their salaries as such regularization as obtaining to a permanent employee from that date they complete 10 years of service, and he is entitle for arrears of salary, and also the period of service shall be treated for all consequential benefits, that would follow from such regularization. c) The Service rendered by the petitioner through and shall be counted for the purpose of determination of pension and all other incidental terminal benefits. d) issue any other writ, order of directions on this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in this circumstances of the case, including the cost of this petition. e) Grant such other relief or directions as this Hon'ble court deems fit the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22815 WP No. 2577 of 2026 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 31.12.2025 at Annexure-B submitted to the respondent has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 31.12.2025 at Annexure-B and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22815 WP No. 2577 of 2026 accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
