This matter has been mentioned at the behest of the petitioner for certain minor typographical errors which have crept in the order dated 14th October, 2026. 2. In first paragraph of the said order, the assessment year “2018-19” should be substituted by “2017- 18”. 3. At paragraph 5 of the said order in the third line the re-assessment year of “2017-18” be substituted in place of “2018-19”. 4. The word “stayed” in the fourth line of the paragraph 5 should be replaced by “set aside”. 5. The rest of the order dated 14th October, 2026 shall remain the same. 2 6.
