The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 18.06.2024 passed by the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bengaluru (Principal Bench) in C.C No.107/2022 filed by the respondent. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the writ petition and take recourse to the statutory remedy provided to the petitioners under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 3. The petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.26,00,000/- before this Court in pursuance of the interim order dated 27.11.2024. Let this amount, along with interest accrued, if any be transmitted to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:459-DB WP No. 21555 of 2024 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty as sought for. 5.
