THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.3755 of 2022
ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 04.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5433 of 2022, wherein, this Court directed the respondents therein to maintain Status-quo as on that day, in all respects, with regard to the subject property, pending further orders.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the main Writ Petition itself is dismissed as withdrawn, by order, dated 30.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, as already the Writ Petition itself is dismissed as withdrawn, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
6. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
