It is submitted by learned advocate appearing for the State respondents that the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to consider the prayer of the petitioner(s) appearing at page 153 dated August 18, 2026. Learned advocate for the State respondents submits that the matter is under active consideration of the State of West Bengal. A Cabinet decision is pending in respect of the matter involved in the present writ petition. 3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it would be appropriate to dispose of the instant writ application by directing the respondent Authorities to consider 2 and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner(s) on August 18, 2026. 4. Let such decision be taken by the State authorities within a period of three months from date. 5. No doubt, the authorities while considering the representation filed on behalf of the writ petitioner(s), shall afford an opportunity to the petitioner(s) on being heard. The authorities will be at liberty to take into consideration such other materials or hear such other parties as it deems necessary. 6.
