The petitioner, who is suffering from liver ailment and is scheduled to undergo a liver transplant and he has not been keeping good health for the last one year also, seeks extension of time to pay the arrears of Rs.5,20,000/-. 4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the monthly maintenance is being paid regularly, without any default and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. 5. Considering the above, the request of the petitioner appears to be fair and reasonable. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the time for payment of Rs.5,20,000/- to the respondent is enlarged and the petitioner shall make the payment on or before 30.11.2026, without seeking any further extension of time. 5.
