This Application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No.820 of 2024, “State vs. Nasir Hussain”, pending before the learned Fast Track Court/ Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (POCSO), Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 2 . Mr. Shariq Khurshid, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned Assitant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Prince Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 & 3. 3 . Mr. Shariq Khurshid, Advocate has requested on instructions to permit the applicant-Nasir alias Nasir Hussain to withdraw the present Application, filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with a liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 4 . The said request has not been opposed by the respondents. 5 .
