The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner drove his car in a rash and negligent manner and the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, wordy quarrel arose between them. The petitioner joining hands with other accused attached the defacto complainant with deadly weapon and caused injuries to him. Hence the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and he is ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that seven previous cases, have been registered against the petitioner. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration of the nature of the allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has got seven previous cases, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
