This Court vide the judgement dated 09.10.2026 while deciding allowed CAN 2 of 2026 and had recalled its order dated 11.03.2026 passed in WPA 5031 of 2026. 2. The Court then restored WPA 5031 of 2026 to its file and number which has now been directed to be listed in the monthly list of December, 2026 for further hearing on merit. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Majumdar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that as the writ application had been filed challenging order dated 29.05.2024 and certificate of arrears under Section 8 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 dated 08.04.2025 certifying arrears and notice of demand to the defaulter dated 2 29.04.2025 as well as show cause notices both dated 20.02.2026. 4. The petitioner prays for an interim protection till the writ application is heard. 5. On hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties and considering the fact that the writ application shall be heard on merit, the matter be listed for hearing in the monthly list of December, 2026. 6. Pending hearing of the writ application the order dated 29.05.2024 and certificate of arrears under Section 8 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 dated 08.04.2025 certifying arrears and notice of demand to the defaulter dated 29.04.2025 as well as show cause notices both dated 20.02.2026 be stayed till 10th of February, 2027 or until further order, whichever is earlier. 7.
