Learned counsel for respondents submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, which is subject matter of this contempt petition, the petitioners have been confirmed in SYED ROSHAN ZAMIR ALI Digitally signed by SYED ROSHAN ZAMIR ALI Date: 2026.04.01 10:46:45 +0530 2 service w.e.f. 18.2.2015 and sanction has been granted to make payment of arrears of salary to her. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that according to instruction received by him, till date arrears of pay has not been disbursed in favour of petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that the order is issued only on 11.3.2026 and when once the order is issued, arrears of pay will be disbursed in the account of petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that liberty may be reserved to petitioner to file appropriate proceeding for non- grant of time pay-scale. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the considered opinion of this Court, the contempt has been purged by respondents, therefore, contempt proceeding initiated against respondents is dropped and contempt notice stands discharged. 6.
