It is seen that, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner dated 20.04.2026, the 2nd respondent has forwarded the same to the W-27, All Women Police Station, Valasaravakkam, Chennai and it is pending. 3. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, W-27, All Women Police Station, Valasaravakkam, Chennai is directed to enquire the complaint forwarded by 2nd respondent after issuing notice to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders on merits. It is also made clear that, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register FIR and proceed in accordance with law.
