The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ order or directions to the resopndents authorities to consider the complaint case of the petitioner for taking appropriate legal action against the private respondent no. 13 for appointment and working on the post of General Mazdoor Guard by wrongly appreciating the name of the petitioner’s Amar Singh at the earliest, within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner while working on the post of General Mazdoor died-in-harness on 07.01.2008. Respondent No. 13 who is the brother of the petitioner have procured compassionate appointment by forging his name, as name of the petitioner. After getting knowledge about the same, petitioner submitted a complaint/representation (Annexure P/1) before the respondent authorities collectively, however, till date, no decision has 3 been taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner and therefore, direction be issued to the concerned respondents to take decision on the pending representations submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the concerned respondents to consider and take decision on the complaint/representations (Annexure P/1), he is having no objection to the limited prayer. He however, submits that if the complaints are still pending consideration, it will be considered and appropriate steps will be taken on the complaints/representations. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the complaints/representations (Annexure P/1) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
