JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21327 WP No. 12053 of 2026 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “a) ISSUE a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioner for Group-C post from the day on which the Petitioner has completed 10 years of service and extend all other consequential monetary benefits as requested by the Petitioner under written representations 20.09.2003, 30.05.2013, 19.06.2013 and 18.10.2024 at ANNEXURES-D to G to the writ petition, under the facts and circumstances of the case; and b. ISSUE any other appropriate writ, order or orders or direction as this Hon'ble court may deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 20.09.2003, 30.05.2013, 19.06.2013 and 18.10.2024 at Annexures - D to G submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21327 WP No. 12053 of 2026 passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representations dated 20.09.2003, 30.05.2013, 19.06.2013 and 18.10.2024 at Annexures - D to G and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
