14. In view of the discussion above, considering the lack of a public element with respect to the relationship between the petitioner and the respondent-Society as well as the nature of the dispute that has arisen between them, this Court is of the considered opinion that interference in the present case would not be justified.
15. Accordingly, both the present petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke alternate remedies in accordance with law.
