01. Through the medium of this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents to revoke/withdraw the suspension of the International Passport, issued to the petitioner vide No. U9539141.
02. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the year 2021, a Passport bearing No. U9539141, was issued in favour of the petitioner, which had a validity of ten years till 2031, from the date of issuance. The petitioner had to visit Saudi Arabia for performing his religious obligations, however, the respondents have suspended his passport without assigning any reason. Learned counsel further states that he has filed a detailed representation before the respondent No. 4, seeking appropriate verification, however, the same has not been considered till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4, to consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable period of time. His statement is taken on record.

In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, with a direction to respondent No. 4, to consider the representation dated 06.10.2025, filed by the petitioner before him, within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order by passing a speaking order thereon. Respondents 1 to 3, are also directed to act upon the decision to be passed by the respondent No.4, within a period of one week thereafter.
