As the petitioners have directly approached the Court without firstly approaching the Authority, as prayed for, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event of each of petitioners filing independent representations with regard to the issue raised in the writ petition within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same be decided by the competent Authority, in terms of the averments made therein, including the judgments, if any, being relied upon therein, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representations, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
