1. Affidavit of service filed is taken on record.
2. Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 1st Court, Contai has filed a detailed comprehensive report. Perusal of the report indicates that the learned court has taken appropriate steps. However, the matter is being delayed as the report has not been received from the District Magistrate.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner despite having been successful till this court is not able to bear fruits of his complaint.
4. Taking into account facts and circumstances, learned Public Prosecutor is directed to ensure that the concerned District Magistrate takes appropriate steps expeditiously and submits report before the learned trial court without any fail in accordance with law.
5. Learned trial court is requested to conduct the proceeding expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of. ( Dinesh Kumar Sharma, J. )
