ORDER:
1. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Sri Mohammed Altaf, learned counsel representing Sri M.R.S. Srinivas,
learned counsel for the respondents submits that the cause does not survive in this case, as A.T.C.No.9 of 2014 sought to be transferred from the Court of the Special Officer, Tenancy-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tanuku, West Godavari District to the competent Court at Amalapuram, East Godavari District has been disposed of. He has also filed a copy of the order dated 23.10.2024, showing A.T.C.No.9 of 2014 was dismissed, according to the order copy enclosed. The petitioner herein is respondent No.1 in the said case i.e. A.T.C. No.9 of 2014.
3. Upon considering the order copy dated 23.10.2024 placed on record and the absence of representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court finds it proper to dismiss this petition as infructuous and no further orders are necessary.
4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending and the Interim
Order granted earlier, if any, shall stand closed.
