ORDER The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents police to give proper police protection for the petitioner from the 3rd 4th and 5th respondents for the peaceful enjoyment of the property mentioned in the representation dated 02.02.2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2. It is seen that the petitioner owned a property comprised in S.No.930/3 at Kuthiyalatthur Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District. While being so, the respondents 3 to 5 herein were disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of the subject property. This Court is of the view that since the civil dispute is pending, police protection cannot be considered. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
