Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the facts which have been complained of relate to 2019 and the FIR was registered in the year 2025. Petitioner is in custody for 142 days. Learned advocate for the State on the other hand submits that materials have been collected particularly those relating to obscene materials which were circulated by the accused for which the same has been downloaded and the same was sent for examination in the forensic laboratory. Both the parties said that the charges have already framed in connection with the instant case. Having considered the totality of the circumstances, I am of the view that the learned Trial Court would release the petitioner on bail after the evidence of the victim is over on such conditions as it deems fit and proper for ensuring appearance of the present petitioner in course of the trial. 2 With the aforesaid observations, CRM (M) 111 of 2026 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
