No.554 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur and O.S.Nos.749 and 756 of 2024, pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur filed Tr. O.P. No.554 of 2021. 3. According to the petitioner, since the trial has already commenced in O.S. No.554 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur, there became a necessity for the petitioner to approach this Court by filing this civil revision petition, seeking for early disposal of Tr.O.P. No.136 of 2026 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu. 4. After giving due consideration to the fact that the trial has already commenced in O.S.No.554 of 2021, which is pending on the file of Sub Court, Alandur, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, to dispose of Tr.O.P.No.136 of 2026 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
