No. 1533 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 ORDER This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.07.2024. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record. 3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner submitted a representation seeking to reject the complaint registered against the petitioner in CSR No.1069 of 2024 on the file of the Acharapakkam, Chengalpattu District. Such a representation cannot be considered, since the petitioner seeking closure of the CSR No.1069 of 2024 registered on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant. It is not open to the petitioner, who is the accused, to seek rejection or closure of the complaint at the CSR stage. Though the petitioner submitted the representation on 27.07.2024, there is nothing on record that he pursued the same before the competent authority. Further, the present writ petition has been filed only to escape from the enquiry in CSR No.1092 of 2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl.
