Since common questions of facts and law are involved in both the petitions, therefore, these are being heard and decided together. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 1218 of 2026, alone are being considered and discussed. 4. According to petitioner, he is serving on contract as Master Trainer in Agriculture Department since 2010; however, his claim is not been considered for regularisation. It is contended that petitioner’s case is covered by Regularisation Rules, 2013, therefore, respondents are under duty to consider his claim under the said Rules. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner has made a representation to Chief Agriculture Officer on 25.04.2026, therefore, the same shall be decided expeditiously. 6. The writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4 to take decision on petitioners’ representation(s), as per law, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
