Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on oral instructions, submits that the notice dated 05.05.2026 was served on 06.05.2026 and that the respondents shall issue a fresh notice and follow the due process of law while taking action against the petitioner's construction. 3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of, making it clear to the 2nd respondent to follow the due process of law by issuing a fresh show cause notice, calling for the petitioner's explanation, and passing appropriate orders with regard to the further construction. There shall be no order as to costs.
