JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER 28-04-2026 Heard Mr. H. R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Jasim Uddin, who is apprehending arrest in connection with R. K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 85/2025 under Sections 189(2)/126(2)/117(2)/118(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said R. K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 85/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 03/2026 dated 30.01.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said R. K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 85/2025 within a period of 30 (thirty) days from today, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 08.01.2026 in said R. K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 85/2025 shall remain in force for the next 30 (thirty) days. 6. In the event, the petitioner fails to appear before the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, within the period of 30 (thirty) days, the interim bail granted to him shall stands cancelled. Page No.# 3/3 7. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 8. The copy of the W.T. message received from the Officer-in-Charge of R. K.
