ORDER The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 4(1), (4-a) of TNP Act, 1937 in Crime No.118 of 2026, on the file of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 100 beer bottles. Hence, this case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and he is ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that two previous cases, similar in nature has been registered against the petitioner. However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by the
learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into
consideration of the nature of the allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has got two previous cases similar in nature, the conduct of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
