1. This Criminal Original Petition seeks to quash the FIR No.0195/2026 on the file of the Perumanallur Police Station, Tiruppur District for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) BNS, 2023 and Sec.4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on the ground of compromise between the husband and wife, as they have now rejoined and are living together.
2. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in B.S.
