JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 12.03.2026 01. 1. Both the ABLAPLs are disposed of by the following common order. 2. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and learned ASC for the State. 3. Instant petitions under Section 482 BNSS are filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Jagatpur P.S. Case No.729 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1864 of 2025 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack on the grounds stated therein. 4. Gone through the FIR as at Annexure-1. It is submitted to the Court that the co-accused persons are on bail. A copy of the order in the ABLAPLs is produced and the same is also at Flag-A. It is informed that the petitioners are having one criminal case each and hence, they should also be released on bail like others. 5. Recorded the objection of the State. 6. As by a common order dated 7th March, 2026, the ABLAPLs were disposed of directing the co-accused persons to go on bail, this Court is inclined to extend parity in respect of the petitioners for their release on similar terms and conditions. 7. Accordingly, it is ordered. 8. In the result, the ABLAPLs are disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack in connection with Jagatpur P.S. Case No.729 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1864 of 2025 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each with other conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 9.
