Petitioner has filed this petition, seeking the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for allotment of marginal land measuring 150 to 160 feet adjacent to the site of the petitioner bearing No.1106 measuring 30 feet East to west and 40 feet North to south situated at Aralimaradapalya Layout, (I.D.S.M.T Layout), A.M.Palya, Sira Gate Tumkur-572 106 as per the representations submitted by the petitioner at Annexures-D to G dated 05.09.2017 and 09.05.2022 respectively. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2066 WP No. 18374 of 2023 (ii) Direct the contesting respondents to pay the costs of these proceedings and grant such other relief or reliefs in the interest of justice." 2. Sri. Subramanya R., learned counsel for respondent No.2, submits that the endorsement dated 12.02.2024 has been issued after considering the representations submitted by the petitioner produced at Annexures - D to G, dated 05.09.2017, 10.09.2020, 09.09.2019, 09.05.2022, respectively. 3. Since the endorsement has been issued, there cannot be a mandamus issued to consider the representations. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the endorsement issued, the petitioner will have the liberty to challenge the same, in accordance with law. 4.
