In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicants, who have been accused in FIR/Case Crime No.116 of 2026, dated 20.02.2026 under Sections 3, 5, 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007 at Police Station Manglor, District Haridwar. The Applicants are languishing in jail since 20.02.2026. 4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicants have made out a case for bail. 5. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicants, who have been accused in FIR/Case Crime No.116 of 2026, dated 20.02.2026 under Sections 3, 5, 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007 at Police Station Manglor, District Haridwar, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
