Case No. 64/2025 for the offence registered under Section 65(1) of BNS and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-POCSO Special Court, Deoghar. 2. After some arguments, when this court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.
