When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent - Police submits that the petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.0223/2026 and the investigation is pending before the respondent – Police. 4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of “Not to harass” will not arise.
