09.10.2026 Sl. No.567 Ct. No.237 S.A. CPAN 1264 of 2025 in WPA 4878 of 2025 Jogendra Narayan Singh -vs- Amrita Burmon Roy Mr. Anshunath Chakraborty …for the petitioner Mr. Ayan Banerjee Ms. Debasree Dhamali Ms. Riya Ghosh …for the alleged contemnor Mr. Rishav Singh Mr. Soumalya Dutta …for added interim party Let the exception filed by the writ petitioner be kept with the records. Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the order dated March 6, 2025 has been complied with. In compliance with the said order, the Municipality has passed an order on November 25, 2025, thereby allowing the writ petitioner to retain 5% of the impugned construction. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to keep this contempt application pending. Needless to mention that the parties will be at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law, if they are aggrieved by the order dated November 25, 2025. Accordingly, CPAN 1264 of 2025 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
