Side) submitted that, in this case, the trial is in progress and PW1 to PW27 have already been examined. 4.In view of the fact that the trial is already in progress, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate all the issues before the trial Court. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition cannot be entertained at the fag end of the trial. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the trial Court.
