This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvannamalai to provide Kurumans ST Community Certificate to the petitioner herein under the supervision of the 1st respondent, the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai, as per the petitioner’s online application dated 10.07.2025. 2. Mr.K.Surendar, learned Government Counsel who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the online application was already disposed of and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. 3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far, no communication has been received by the petitioner in this regard. 4. However, since it is an online application, the communication would also be sent online only. Therefore, the petitioner shall work out his remedy in accordance with the law. 5.
