The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in the illegal transportation of one unit of river sand in a Tractor without any valid permission. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has nine previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side. 6. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
