Medininagar, Khata No.128, Plot NO.1981/12 under the National Highways Act but till date the compensation has not yet been paid. 2. The notices were also issued in favour of the petitioner in spite of that compensation in lieu of acquisition has not been paid yet. It is further case of the petitioner that he is aggrieved with the quantum of compensation also. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents-State doesn’t deny the acquisition. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Palamau who will ensure that the amount which is payable to the petitioner in lieu of the acquisition, be disbursed to the petitioner preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
