Learned counsel for the deceased petitioner submits that he has apprised the known legal representative of the deceased petitioner and he has received no instruction from the end of the said legal representative till date with respect to pursuing of the case. 3. The matters are consigned to record with a liberty reserved in favour of the legal representative of the deceased petitioner to seek revival within a period of next 90 days. 4. Disposed of as above.
