On objection being raised by learned State Counsel that the petitioner is having remedy of Representation/Appeal before the State Level Committee headed by the Directorate of Public Instructions under the Rationalization Policy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition at this stage with liberty to avail the aforesaid remedy available to him under the Rationalization Policy. 2. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. However, in the event the petitioner submits a representation/appeal before the State Level Committee, the said Committee shall consider the same and take decision expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of representation/appeal.
