These petitions have been filed seeking permission to effect substituted service on Thangamani, who is arrayed as the 11th respondent in C.M.P.(MD)No. 3661 of 2026 and as the 12th respondent in C.M.P.(MD)No.3662 of 2026, by way of publication in one English daily and one vernacular daily having circulation in the locality of the said respondent's last known address, namely, Karur District. 2.The reasons stated in the affidavits are found satisfactory. Hence, these petitions are allowed. The petitioners are directed to effect substituted service on the above said respondent by way of publication in any one of the following newspapers, namely, Dinamani, Dinakaran, Dina Thanthi, The Hindu or Tamil Thisai, indicating the next date of hearing as 21.08.2026.
