This writ petition is filed declaring the action of Respondent Nos.1 to 7 in suspending the family pensions of the Petitioner No.1 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. As the issue involved in this writ petition comes under the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, the Petitioners ought to urge these aspects before the said Tribunal. 4. In that view, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the Petitioners to pursue their remedies before the Central Administrative Tribunal. No order as to costs.
