ORDER:
The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus questioning the action of the respondents Nos. 2 and 3 in not considering the representation dated 14.05.2026 of the petitioners herein pertaining to the removal of the trees in the pathway in LP. No. 13 (old Sy. No. 7) admeasuring Ac. 4.040 cents located at Gudlapalli village, T. Narasapuram mandal, Eluru District and in Sy. No. 137, located at Bandamcherla Village, T. Narasapuram mandal, Eluru district and to pass …”
2. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that he has no written instructions, however submitted that the representation of the petitioners will be duly considered by the respondents as per law and requested to pass appropriate order.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners requested to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners for removal of trees and shrubs in subject land within the time period fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the submissions made and the averments in the affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 14.05.2026 within three (03) weeks, as per law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
