The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's original sale deeds bearing Document Nos.2442/1960, 1995/1985, 2405 & 2460 of 1989, 1687 & 1688/1991, 2946/1993, 1644/1995, 4034 & 4035 of 1996, 4037 to 4039 / 1996, 1801/1997, 805, 815, 830, 1050 & 5621 of 2001 and 1368/2004 were misplaced and lost, for which the petitioner had given an online complaint on 24.03.2026. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that the Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5. The petitioner has given a complaint for issuance of NOC on 24.03.2026.
